Missing buttons and horizontal scroll bar not showing sidebar is expanded

Problem

The customer is reporting that the 'more actions' button and other disappears from the screen when the zoom level is high, and the sidebar is too large. This results in inconsistent navigation on Confluence.

Environment

Confluence Cloud.

• It seems to occur across all the major browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari), particularly when the page zoom level is at 100% or higher.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any page in Confluence Cloud.
2. Increase the page zoom level to 100% or 120%.
3. Expand the sidebar to its maximum size.
4. Observe that the 'more actions' button is no longer visible.

Expected Results

Even with the sidebar fully expanded and the page zoom at a high level, all buttons, including the 'more actions' button, should remain visible and accessible for consistent navigation.

Actual Results

When the sidebar is expanded to its maximum size and the page zoom level is high, the 'more actions' button disappears from the screen. This causes users to lose access to some functionalities that are only accessible from the 'more actions' button.

Workaround

The user can reduce the page zoom size and decrease the sidebar size to make the 'more actions' button reappear. However, this workaround is not ideal as it may affect the user's overall view and navigation experience.

Notes

Adding a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the page section could potentially resolve this issue. This would allow users to navigate the page horizontally when the sidebar is large, and the zoom level is high, ensuring all buttons remain accessible. This solution needs to be analyzed and implemented by the development team.
