Description
Problem
In Confluence Cloud, selecting the "Remove title and frame" option in the 'Insert Excerpt' or 'Excerpt Include' macro disables the ability to adjust the size of the macro on the page. The options to "back to center", "go wide", and "go full width" are not available.
Environment
This issue occurs in the Confluence Cloud environment.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to a page to insert an excerpt.
- Utilize the 'Insert Excerpt' or 'Excerpt Include' macro.
- Choose the "Remove title and frame" option.
- Attempt to modify the size of the inserted macro on the page.
Expected Results
Even with the "Remove title and frame" option selected, users should be able to adjust the macro size using the "back to center", "go wide", and "go full width" options.
Actual Results
Upon selection of the "Remove title and frame" option, the size modification options disappear, leaving the user unable to adjust the macro's size.
Workaround
No workaround is available currently.
Notes
- Reconfiguring the macro with the "Remove title and frame" option initially disabled does not solve the issue—upon enabling the option again, the macro automatically reduces its size.
- This issue restricts the user's ability to customize their page layout when using the 'Insert Excerpt' or 'Excerpt Include' macro, potentially impacting user experience.
