Issue Summary

• Page numbers are always added in exported PDF files regardless of whether "Include Page Numbers" is ticked or not

Steps to Reproduce

The Space Settings -> Manage Space -> Export Space -> Export PDF Options screen has a tick box on it called:

[ ] Include page numbers

Export pdf with/without checkbox checked in, page numbers are always included in the exported PDF

Expected Results

Exported PDF should honor the checkbox

Actual Results

exported PDF always show page numbers

Workaround

Use page-level PDF export, which will not add page numbers.
