UPDATE 2024-06-13
The early access program will close in two weeks (Wednesday 26 June), so please get in touch ASAP if you're interested!
Hi everyone!
I'm pleased to announce that we are launching an Early Access Program for our new Notion → Confluence bulk importer.
The importer allows you to bring tens of thousands of pages (an entire Notion workspace with multiple teamspaces, or a subsection), along with attachments and comments, into Confluence Cloud. There are options to preserve attribution of page creators, replicate page and space permissions, automatically create user accounts, remap @mentions and links, etc. At this time, Notion databases are imported as static tables, with entries as subpages.
We're running the EAP during June 2024.
If you are interested, please get in touch with us at tchung@atlassian.com
Thanks!
Matt Dolan
Senior Product Manager, Confluence
It would be great for the users that want to migrate from Notion to Confluence if Atlassian provided a specific tool for that.
Notion supports export of pages to Markdown, HTML, PDF, and CSV formats, but these do not retain embedded content such as videos or tables. The subsequent import to Confluence is not high-fidelity enough to match the original page.
