Make the LiveSearch macro responsive in size

      Issue Summary

      Currently, the Livesearch macro can only be parameterized via the Size parameter choosing between medium and large option, but that doesn't make it responsive in a way that expands it to the width of the whole page layout.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add the Livesearch macro to a page.
      2. Check the Size parameter and apply it as large.
      3. Observe that it doesn't expand to the size of the whole page layout.

      Enhancement request: Make it responsive in a way that it can be applied based on the page layout size.
