Issue Summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use V1 Delete content property and it is able to delete by property key
2. Try to do the same with V2 APIs, however, user need to obtain property id before able to delete the property

Expected Results

An endpoint or option to delete property by key

Actual Results

There is no endpoint to delete content property by key

Workaround

Workaround is to fetch properties for the content, use that to get the property ID, and then delete property by ID.
