Add a warning banner advising of Confluence pages getting too big

      In Confluence cloud, large pages with lots of Macros, and the content will cause performance issues or could crash the browsers due to the size of the pages being loaded.

      It would be good to implement a Banner that would warn the users when a page is approaching a performance degradation threshold.
