Improve information on UI about Space Imports/Exports

      Currently, we can export spaces to XML, CSV, HTML, and PDF format in both Cloud and DC Confluence. However, when importing these spaces, we see different issues due to different errors. The error message on the UI is not clear, so customers have to reach out to Atlassian Support for more details.

      This suggestion request is to improve the UI for the import/export screen and provide relevant error information so that the customer can fix the errors themselves.

      For instance:

      • In case customers would like to export/import a space from Cloud to Cloud, the best option would be to export the space in CSV format.
      • Currently, we can only import spaces exported in CSV and XML. Using an HTML format throws the error below. It would be ideal to provide this information on the import UI and send a meaningful message to the customer.
        Could not finalize space import task with Zipper	java.lang.RuntimeException: Zipped file does not contain entities.xml or there's no csv files or zipped file is empty
