Unable to add own emoji from page title in page-tree-item-wrapper

The customer raised a bug in Confluence Cloud UI where trying to add a new emoji when editing the page title from the sidebar does not do anything.
As soon as you click on Choose file, the emoji pop-up disappears, and picking a file takes us back to the page with the title out of edit mode.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Click on More Actions on the page title on the sidebar
2. Chose Rename
3. Click Add emoji
4. Click "+ Add your own emoji" and type its name
5. Click on "Choose file" and select a file from the file system

Expected results :
Emoji loaded and the button "Add emoji" is available to save it.

Actual results :
Emoji pop-up disappears and unable to add the emoji using this method.
