Summary

Some customers unable to upload new Emojis to Confluence. 

Steps to Reproduce

• Attempt to add a custom emoji via the site administration (I.E. https://site.atlassian.net/admin) > Emojis

  Expected Results

• Emoji is uploaded

  Actual Results

• User will receive error indicating upload failed

Console error message:

Unable to upload emoji: No media api support is configured

• None available at this time, the engineering team is working to address this via code level fix
