Confluence Cloud does not allow SSO users to login twice

    Description

      Compliance requirements require a user to re-enter their Confluence username/password when they approve a page(for e-signature) as part of a workflow for a 3rd-party app. 

      This is not currently possible with Confluence Cloud, as Atlassian blocks SSO users from logging in twice. Per customer feedback, this functionality was available for Confluence on DC/Server.
