Page move action doesn't correct identify drafts on the count for the move

Problem

The customer is unable to move pages between spaces with the following error:

We couldn't move this many pages at once
Try again by selecting a page with fewer than 100 children.

However, the UI refers to the page having less than 99 children (e.g. 95)

• But the move is failing because the drafts are not being considered on the UI, but the hard limit of 100 pages being moved is still hit

Steps to Reproduce

Move a page with more than 100 pages considering drafts and published pages.

Expected Results

The page move alerts count the drafts as well.

Actual Results

The move action fails without considering the drafts on the move.
