Issue Summary

The users are still receiving the email notification for guest users not assigned to a space even after they have disabled the "Guest(s) have not been assigned to a space" option in their user settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the "Personal settings" section
2. Click on "Email" (https://xxxxx/wiki/users/viewmyemailsettings.action)
3. Go to the "Real-time updates" section
4. Disable the "Guest(s) have not been assigned to a space" option

Expected Results

The user should not be receiving email notifications when guest users are not assigned to a space

Actual Results

Users continue receiving the notifications even after they have disabled the "Guest(s) have not been assigned to a space" option

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
