Issue Summary

Jira issue macro shows Time Spent and Σ Time Spent in seconds like below screenshot.

In Jira filter, it shows like "1h", "1day".
Jira issue macro on Confluence should display in same format.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create/Edit page in Confluence
2. Add the New Jira Issue macro
3. Add fields "Time Spent" and "Σ Time Spent"

Expected Results

Time Spent and Σ Time Spent should be displayed like "1h", "1day", as well as other time tracking field (Remaining Estimate, Original estimate).

Actual Results

Time Spent and Σ Time Spent are displayed in seconds.

Workaround

Use the Jira legacy macro, as it shows Time Spent and Σ Time Spent in "1h", "1day" format.
