Exporting page to PDF throws an error - "Your session has expired"

Issue Summary

Exporting the page to PDF throws an error:

Your session has expired. You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page.

The issue is intermittent. Works fine when exporting page to Word Doc.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step: Try exporting a page to a PDF

Expected Results

The page should get exported and available to download.

Actual Results

Results in the following error:

Your session has expired. You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page.

Workaround

There are different workarounds for this bug:

• For site/space admins: Export the page from Custom Export under Space Settings > Export.
• For non-admin users: Export the page to word doc and then save it as PDF.

For all users, manually going to https://<Confluence-name-placeholder>.atlassian.net/wiki/welcome, should prompt the welcome option or perform some sort of "refresh", setting the user's cookie.

Once this is done, go back to the page(s), refresh them/the browser, and try exporting again.

Once the users go through the welcome prompt, there should have no need to access it again as the cookie should be set, allowing the export to work normally for any other pages.
