Issue Summary

If a race condition can be created - then it is possible for the check for title uniqueness within a space to be ineffective. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a two rules that use the same trigger and create a pages with the same name

Expected Results

One succeeds and one fails

Actual Results

They both succeed and now the space has two pages with identical titles
