Issue Summary

This feature covers 2 scenarios:

1. Users are unable to disable email notifications for page deletions for pages they are watching.
2. Space admins get email notifications when multiple pages are deleted in a space even with all email settings disabled.

Add an option to disable page deletion emails to the email notification settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Watch a page / Become Space Admin
2. Disable all email notification settings
3. Another user deletes the page you are watching or within the Space where you're an admin
4. You receive an email notification for the deleted page/s

Expected Results

When all email notification settings are disabled, no notifications should be sent.

Actual Results

Users receive email notifications when pages they are watching are deleted.

Workaround

The only available option at this time is to stop watching the content, which will not work if you still want to receive Daily Digest email notifications.
