New header image feature cuts off images

Issue Summary

We've recently changed how the header image appears at the top of Confluence pages. Here's the blog post for this:

Because of this, some images get cut off.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure that your site has the modernized content topper on.
2. Add an image.
3. Note that it won't fit entirely

Expected Results

The images should appear completely.

Actual Results

The image gets cut off.

Workaround

Adjust image to map to the new dimensions (1100px width) and re-upload.
