Summary: Mixed Bullet style is not working in Table of Content Macro

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a page and add a table of content macro
2. Use a few nested headings on the page
3. Edit the table of content macro and select 'Mixed Style' for bullets

Expected Behaviour: The bullet points must be mixed for the nested headings

Actual behaviour: The bullet points will show as the last bullet style that was selected

Workaround: None as of now
