Page properties report macro does not render for anonymous users

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable anonymous access on the Site and Space
2. Create a page with page properties report macro
3. Open incognito and access the page to view the macro

Expected Results

The page properties report macro should display the macro data

Actual Results

Error while fetching page properties report data

Workaround

1. Navigate to the page and edit the page properties report macro
2. Click on more options
3. Disable the "Show likes/reactions count" checkbox
