Issue Summary

Anchor macro is broken when page is converted from legacy to fabric editor

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a legacy editor page
2. Create an Anchor Macro with spaces in its name eg: "Test Anchor Macro"
3. Create "link to Anchor macro"
4. Convert the page to the Fabric editor.
5. In Preview the page seems fine.

Expected Results

The Anchor macro and link to the Anchor macro are working when the page is converted

Actual Results

1. The Anchor macro shows the error "edit to fix" when converted
2. The link to Anchor macro is also broken
3. When editing the Anchor macro "spaces" are converted to "dash" and "link to anchor macro" is broken now.

Workaround

Manually fix the Anchor macro and link to Anchor macro.
