Increase the 2 GB request size limit for REST API endpoints

      The Confluence REST API endpoints are currently restricted to a maximum request size of 2 GB. Regrettably, prevents attaching files larger than that size using the Content - attachments endpoints.

      It would be highly beneficial if there were provisions for increasing this size limit.
