Slow performance of contentbody/convert API when converting to export_view format

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: n/a

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page
      2. Insert a large number of attachments, macros or data
      3. Publish the page
      4. Call the convert content body API to convert the body format to `export_view`

      Expected Results

      The conversion should complete within a few seconds.

      Actual Results

      The request may not time out, but depending on the number of attachments, macros, or data on the page, the request can take over 10 seconds to return the page body or even a timeout.

      Workaround

      No workarounds are available at the moment.
