Issue Summary

When attempting to export audit logs (click Export), the download takes a while but eventually times out.
Selecting the date range also doesn't work

How to Replicate

1. Go to the Confluence Audit logs, click Export
2. Wait (usually times out after 30~40m)
3. You would notice that initially, the transfer is frequent but it slows down over time.

Date Range Selection:

1. Go to the Confluence Audit logs
2. Select a date range for one month at a time (10 months from now, if the current month is Jan 2024, select a February 2023 like 2023-02-01 To 20203-02-28)
3. The results will never show up.

Workaround:

A workaround is to use any of the rest calls below, but it requires to start and end time in a millisecond:
