Inconsistent column resizing for Confluence Database EAP users

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a database with multiple columns 
2. Hover over the column border and try to resize the column size.

Expected Results

You should be able to select the column border and resize the column

Actual Results

When trying to hover over the border of the column, it is difficult to pick the border and resize the column. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
