Issue Summary

When using links to heading on other page using link macro, it skips the first line , mostly its heading.
However, when used on the same page it redirects to right section of the page.

Steps to Reproduce

• On a page, click on any link to heading
• Navigate to any other page, and add the link to heading here.
• Publish the page

Expected Results

The links should navigate to section including top line which is a heading + any text underneath it ( it can be a important information in normal text)

Actual Results

It skips the first line and shows rest of the content under that heading

Workaround

Currently there is no workaround
