Default Content Space System Template not applying full width even though set in the template

      Issue Summary

      It is possible to edit System Templates and customize them to newly created spaces to have content on the overview page. 
      However, even though we set the page in the template to be full width, once a space is created, the page is created on a fixed width. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Confluence Settings > Global Templates and Blueprints
      2. Find the System template "Default Space Content"
      3. Edit the template
      4. Make the template full-width
      5. Hit Save

      Expected Results

      When creating a new space, the overview page is created with full width as set in the template.

      Actual Results

      The overview page is created with fixed width instead of full width.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
