Ability to bypass View page restriction inherited on child/sub-pages from parent pages

It would be great for admins to allow a user or group to access a child/sub-page, which is restricted because of View restriction on the parent page.

For example, if the user or group has been provided View (or Edit) page access on the sub-page, the user/group should be able to access that page directly, without being able to view the restricted parent pages.
