    Description

There will be times in which a single page will be used as a single image repository in which images will be constantly updated, and from which you can take images and then have those images show across different pages from the same or other Spaces in Confluence.

Currently, the only ways to achieve this are:

      1. To add the images inside an "excerpt" macro, and then use the "include page" macro in the target pages, specifically the expert that included the desired image.
      2. Use Marketplace applications that facilitate this type of image management.
      3. Use the REST API to develop a customer solution.

Using solution number one works, it automatically shows the image and updates accordingly but is prone to error as the use of this macros implicates manual name assignments, and eventually with lots of images might not be optimal.
Option two implicates an extra expense, and option 3 requires involving development resources that might not be an option for all companies.
