Jira issues macro inside panel macro dosen't render content in PDF export in legacy editor

Issue Summary

Jira issues macro inside panel macro or nested macro dosen't render content in PDF export.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a page using legacy editor 
2. Add a panel macro to the page.
3. Add a Jira issue/filter macro inside the panel macro
4. export the page to pdf 

Expected Results

The page should export all the contents in PDF

Actual Results

The exported PDF files are shown as "refreshing" for the Jira issue macro content.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
