Navigating to Confluence pages return 409 error messages in the browser console

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open developers tools
2. Navigate to the confluence

Expected Results

It should not return 409.

Actual Results

It returns the following errors.

409 response - https://<instanename>.atlassian.net/gateway/api/engage-targeting/api/v2/user/<user>/messages/confluence-nav3-home-tour/start

409 response - https://<instanename>.atlassian.net/gateway/api/engage-targeting/api/v2/user/<user>/messages/EXT-167/start

403 response - https://<instanename>.atlassian.net/gateway/api/join-site-service/site/<user>/domainRestrictedSignupPromotion

409 response - https://<instanename>.atlassian.net/gateway/api/engage-targeting/api/v2/user/<user>/messages/confluence-premium-onboarding/start

409 response - https://<instanename>.atlassian.net/gateway/api/engagetargeting/api/v2/user/<user>/messages/jsm-team-starred-onboarding/start

Workaround

No workaround. These can be safely ignored as per the Engineering team.
