Description:-
Currently, when a Confluence space(say a knowledgebase) with private information is required to be exposed to a large number of enterprise users we have 3 options.
1) Make the space anonymous. However, this may not be an option if the content contains confidential information.
2) We can make the space anonymous and put IP whitelisting
3) Make the space as a knowledgebase and access it via a JSM project
However, if there is a requirement to expose the space only to a large number of managed users there is no direct way.
Suggested Resolution:-
Provide a configuration option so that only the managed users can view the anonymous space. A no cost or license option is preferred.
