Disable Admin Key

From a security point of view want to Disable the "Admin key function", that gives admins the ability to Bypass access restrictions on a page.

The reason we are looking for this is that sometimes certain pages might have confidential data, which should be restricted even to admins, but with this admin key privilege that information is exposed to admins.

Expected Results

Admins can use the Admin key to access any Restricted Space.
