Issue Summary
Intermittently, renaming attachments and editing a page causes the preview unavailable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Rename an attachment.
- Go into edit mode of the page.
- See preview unavailable for attachment.
Expected Results
Attachments should be displayed as expected.
Actual Results
Attachments show as preview unavailable
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
