Issue Summary

Intermittently, renaming attachments and editing a page causes the preview unavailable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Rename an attachment.
2. Go into edit mode of the page.
3. See preview unavailable for attachment.

Expected Results

Attachments should be displayed as expected.

Actual Results

Attachments show as preview unavailable

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
