Please allow the possibiliy to limit and/or specify groups allowed to be shared a page with.

It can happen that a user accidentally shares a page with a group that can potentially contain thousands of users, distribution lists, and external customers.

Since everybody can select this group in the sharing features, this is a massive problem for big customers and they would like to prevent that emails from being sent out to certain groups.

This can prevent some heavy data protection/regulatory problems for our Confluence customers.
