`Select or create a new entry` no longer allows user to create new entries in Entry Macro

      Issue Summary

      Currently, we don't see an option to create new entries in the database entry macro regardless if they are in edit or view or have the page link as the title field.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new page.
      2. Add a database entry macro.
      3. Select the database.
      4. Try to create a new entry.

      Expected Results

      The macro should allow to create of new entries.

      Actual Results

      Only able to select existing entries and doesn't allow to create a new one.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
