Currently, Confluence Cloud v2 APIs https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v2/intro/#about only provides granular scopes for v2 endpoints, that sometimes don't even match the ones used by the v1 endpoints they are replacing.
 
Adding support for classical scopes on v2 endpoints would assist partners and app developers, since if it's exceeded the threshold, it's recommended to use classical https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/scopes-for-oauth-2-3LO-and-forge-apps/:

If you are approaching 50 scopes, review your use of scopes and ensure you're using classic scopes to the maximum extent possible and remove any unnecessary granular scopes.
