Issue Summary

Exporting a Confluence page with Web Images resulted in missing images in the exported PDF (any Web Images aren't rendered successfully in the exported PDF file).

The issue occurs on both New Editor as well as Legacy Editor.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert an image file from the web on a Confluence page.
2. Export this page to PDF.

Expected Results

Web images should be rendered on the exported PDF file.

Actual Results

Web images were missing (not rendered) on the exported PDF file.

Note

• The process of attaching Jira image should be improved to allow the file to store on local Confluence storage.
• Some Web images that are not coming from Jira are also affected

Workaround

Embed the image as the attachment on Confluence page, and display this Confluence image attachment instead.
