Problem
The customers require a dynamic system in Confluence, capable of automatically creating and updating a consolidated master list of action items and notes from various pages. A specific challenge is the Task Report Macro's limitation of displaying either 'Complete' or 'Incomplete' tasks, but not both at the same time.
Suggested Solution
An enhancement to the Task Report Macro is suggested, allowing for a combined display of both 'Complete' and 'Incomplete' tasks, providing a more comprehensive and streamlined view in one table.
Why This Is Important
This feature would significantly improve efficiency and productivity by offering a unified task overview. It would eliminate the need to switch between different views, saving time and reducing the potential for oversight or missed tasks.
Workaround
Currently, the workaround is to utilize two separate Task Report Macros on the same page - one showing 'Complete' tasks and the other 'Incomplete' tasks. While this allows visibility of all tasks, it lacks the convenience of a unified table.
