We don't offer currently a native feature that auto-translate some user-generated content (space's title, page's title, page's body content, etc) based on the preferred language selected by a user in their Atlassian account.

It would be great if this feature were available natively in Confluence.

For the time being, users will have to rely on other alternatives. Example: "How can I translate Confluence page content?".
