When you insert items like tables/macros/pictures to split a numbered list, the original numbering is maintained.

Unfortunately, this breaks the link between the numbered items preceding the insert and the numbered items following the insert.

i.e. when the list numbering for the first portion of the split list is updated, the portion below is not update to reflect the latest sequencing

With the current implementation, any modifications to a numbered list like this would necessitate re-creating most if not all of the list.
