Issue Summary

When migrating "Questions for Confluence" the plugin key is not updated due to which the Questions/Answers don't show on cloud. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Migrate Questions for Confluence app via CCMA. 
2. The plugin key remains com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-questions:answer while cloud only shows answers with key ac:com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-questions:answer 
3. Similarly for question we don't see ac:com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-questions:question

Expected Results

The questions and answers should show in UI post migration. But they don't show up due to key mis-match. 

Actual Results

The questions and answers do not show in UI post migration due to plugin key mis-match

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
