Issue Summary
When trying to add a Confluence page as a tab in an MS Team chat the authentication pop-up is served in a loop. The user thinks that they have not logged in and keep trying to auth.
Steps to Reproduce
Pre-reqs
- Have MS Teams Desktop install
- Install Confluence for Teams via MS Team
- Connect to your Confluence site.
- use SSO auth
- Open a Teams chat
- Add a tab and select to add a Confluence page
- You are prompted to sign in
- Pop up appears
- Choose Login with Microsoft, or pick your account from the list
- Eventually, the pop-up refreshes and shows a login screen again in a loop.
Expected Results
The pop-up directing you to log in should close once authentication is complete.
Actual Results
The pop-up is served over and over but if you close the pop-up, the authentication has actually worked, and the underlying Confluence page refreshes and shows correctly.
Workaround
Close the authentication pop-up screen after logging in the first time
