Issue Summary

When adding a table of macros inside a page in the legacy editor, the index that should contain the hyperlinks format, follows the formating inside the page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page using the legacy editor
2. insert some headings and some content to the body page
3. change the color of the headings, for any color

Expected Results

The table of contents should show the titles like a hyperlink, like in the new editor:

Actual Results

The titles are shown in the color formating of the body content:

Workaround

Convert the page to the new editor.
