Issue Summary

Some macros do not work with full-width page editor.

E.g.: include page, iframe, excerpt macro, page property macro, etc.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set full-width page editor to default under confluence settings
2. create a new page, add include page macro
3. the macro settings show up empty 

Expected Results

Include page macro show options to add the page

Actual Results

Macro shows up empty, no options are produced 

Workaround

• Remove the default full-width editor from confluence settings
• or, publish the page first and then edit page ->add include page macro (works)
