      Issue Summary

      In a KB article, emojis added in Confluence aren't appearing in Jira Service Desk with the appropriate emoji.

      Environment

      Confluence Cloud - New editor

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Connect Jira Service Desk and Confluence Cloud
      2. In the public article, add emojis to it. E.g: :right: or :left:
      3. Check the article in Jira Service Desk

      Expected Results

      The emojis should appear accordingly.

      Actual Results

      All emojis show up as empty or :right: or :left:
       

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
