Issue Summary

When uploading an image while creating a Confluence Question, an error message 'We couldn't load this content' is displayed instead of the expected preview. 

The issue happens when uploading or when pasting an image and only occurs in the 'Ask question' screen.

After saving, the image loads fine without any errors.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure the instance has the Questions for Confluence app installed
2. Ask a question 
3. Upon writing the question, add an image (by uploading or pasting it)

Expected Results

The image preview should load fine in the 'Ask question' screen.

Actual Results

The image preview does not load fine in the 'Ask question' screen. Instead, an error message gets displayed:
We couldn't load this content

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
