PDF export missing few images from a page

Issue Summary

The page exported to PDF has blank or missing images.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with a few table expand macros and add images outside, inside the table and in the expand macro
2. Export to PDF

Expected Results

PDF export should contain all the images and content

Actual Results

1. Observe the missing images within the expand (both inside and outside of the tables) in the PDF export file

Workaround

Split the page and perform the export
