Problem Definition
Dragging emails (.msg files) from Outlook client on Windows into Confluence Cloud doesn't work all the time. Dragging some files leads to no file being uploaded without an indication of what happened. This behaviour has been observed in Outlook Version 2310 (Build 16924.20124:
Suggested Solution
Provide detailed messaging to the end-users when a drag-and-drop operation couldn't be completed
Workaround
Currently, there are two workarounds:
1 - Drag the Outlook .msg file onto the Desktop and then drag the file from there into Confluence
OR
2 - Click in the top right corner of the email, select option "Forward as attachment" and then you can drag that attachment (.msg file) into Confluence.
