Currently, it is only possible to filter by (Space) Key while Recovering/Managing Space Permissions as a Product Admin under https://INSTANCE_URL.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action screen:

This Suggestion aims to bring the ability to Filter by (Space) Name as well, as admins not necessarily know the spacekey, specially for Personal Spaces.

Additionally, add the ability to export the list to a .CSV file would be even more beneficial for admins to filter them further.
